ACCOMMODATION:
Open plan Kitchen/Sitting room, Main bedroom with 5’0″ King size bed, Attic bedroom with three 3’0″ single beds each on a frame at floor level (See Photos). Bathroom with walk in shower, W.C. and hand basin and a utility room.

The accommodation is arranged as follows:-
Ground Floor:
Open plan sitting room & kitchen area. There is comfortable furniture, smart TV and a small log burner. The kitchen is fully fitted and has an oven, under worktop fridge/freezer, microwave, and a breakfast bar which divides the kitchen from the sitting room area. Off the hall way is a shower room with underfloor heating, walk in shower, hand basin and WC, also off the hallway is a utility room with washing machine.

First Floor:
Main bedroom has a 5’0″ King size bed and the second bedroom has three 3’0″ single beds each on a frame at floor level (See Photos)

Location.
Volnay Upper Deck is situated close to a shingle beach, in the centre of the working fishing hamlet of Porthoustock. The area is popular with fishermen and divers, who launch off the beach to dive the manacle rocks. The wreck of the Volnay which was sunk in 1917, is just off the Manacle rocks and Porthkerris Dive Centre is nearby.
Bed linen, tea towels, electricity and heating are included in the cost.

Porthoutstock is just under a mile from St Keverne with its famous Church, whose spire was used as a land mark for ships coming into Falmouth Bay. St Keverne has two pubs, an organic restaurant, small supermarket, butchers, Post Office and newsagent. Roskilly’s dairy farm, shop and restaurant is also close by.

No Smoking or Vaping.
No pets.
Towels for personal use are not supplied.
Ample parking. There is no cot or high chair.
Changeover Day : Sunday.

Electricity, night storage heating, bed linen and tea towels are included in the price. Guests should bring their own towels for personal use.
