The Manacles, self catering holiday cottage is approached down a private driveway and is situated on the edge of the South West coastal path with outstanding sea views.
This cottage has free superfast WiFi and is ideal for working from home.
Also there is a ZAPPI  7kw electric vehicle charge point, untethered (Cable required)
The property stands on the privately owned Coverack Headland and has access to Mears beach through extensive private gardens, with use of a private tennis court. The quaint harbourside village of Coverack is only a 10 minute walk along the coastal path.

ACCOMMODATION (Reverse level):
Ground floor:
Hallway, two double bedrooms, one with  4’6″ double bed and the other with two 3ft single beds, en suite shower room, bathroom with bath, shower, hand basin and W.C. Upper floor: Large Living room with kitchen/dining/sitting area. There is also a travel cot in The Manacles. Linen for the travel cot is not supplied.

The accommodation is arranged as follows:
Front door into hallway with bedrooms and bathroom off. The main bedroom with sea view has a 4’6″ double bed and the second bedroom has two 3ft  single beds, en suite shower room and French doors to the garden. There is a family bathroom with bath, shower, hand basin and W.C.

Upstairs.
 Large living room with well equipped kitchen area with cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, dining table and chairs. The sitting area is arranged with comfy furniture, a TV and DVD player and a CD player. There is also a docking station for an iPod. Outstanding sea views from this attractive room.

The cottage has night storage heating and a coal effect electric fire. There is also a travel cot and a stair gate.

Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels (but not beach towels) and tea towels are included in the cost.

French windows open onto a private terrace and small enclosed  back garden with garden furniture.

There is  private parking for two cars outside the property.

No pets.
No Smoking or Vaping.
A travel cot is also supplied on request, linen for the travel cot is not supplied.
A high chair is not supplied in this property.
