A splendid well equipped self catering detached holiday property standing in a 2 acre garden with parking in the grounds. Coverack Harbour and beach and the South West coastal path are just down the lane. Meadow Barn is the ideal property to use as a base for touring the Lizard Peninsular.

ACCOMMODATION:  Kitchen/dining room, Hallway, Sitting Room, Bedroom 1 with 5ft King size double bed, Bedroom 2 with two single beds, Bathroom with bath & power shower over, toilet, hand basin and heated towel rail.

Set in quiet countryside and surrounded by moorland and fields, this converted barn stands in a mature two acre garden. In an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Coverack, a tiny picturesque fishing village, is just down the lane.

Meadow Barn is double glazed and has full heating throughout the property.

Description.
Front door leads into a fully equipped modern kitchen/dining room with electric cooker, hob, microwave oven, fridge-freezer and dishwasher, plus a utility room with automatic washing machine and tumble dryer. Door to a cosy sitting room with comfortable furniture and a remote control 42 inch LCD flat screen digital television, DVD player and free view receiver. Inner hallway leading to two double bedrooms, one with a 5 ft King size bed and the other with two 2ft 6 single beds. The bathroom has a bath with power shower over, heated towel rail, toilet and hand basin.

Outside.
Meadow Barn has its own garden with garden furniture and a barbecue. The garden leads into the meadow which is just over one third of an acre and is ideal for childrens’ games. There is parking in the grounds for one car.

Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and tea towels are included in the price. Guests should bring their own beach towels. There is a hair dryer in the bedroom.

A travel cot and high chair can be supplied on request. Please bring your own cot linen as this is not supplied.

Parking for 1 car in the grounds.
