A beautifully renovated and tastefully furnished self catering holiday cottage situated just seconds from the wonderful beach in Coverack Cornwall.

ACCOMMODATION:
Entrance lobby, sitting room, dining area, kitchen, utility room, cloakroom, sun room, two bedrooms, one with King size bed and en suite bathroom and one with two single beds and en suite shower room.

The accommodation is arranged as follows:-
Nine wide steps (not steep) up from the parking area to the front door.

Ground Floor:-
Entrance lobby, sitting room with Smart TV. Bluetooth speaker, comfortable furniture, French doors to courtyard garden. Dining area with table and chairs, fully fitted kitchen with under counter fridge and separate under counter freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric cooker and hob. Utility room with automatic washing machine and separate tumble dryer. Cloakroom with hand basin and WC. Sun room with sofa and smart TV. French doors to the courtyard garden. There are beautiful slate floors throughout the ground floor of the property.

Upstairs:-
Steep staircase leading up to the main bedroom with sea views, KIng size bed, en suite bathroom with bath and shower over, heated towel rail, hand basin and WC. Second bedroom with sea views, two 3ft single beds and en suite shower room with electric shower, heated towel rail, hand basin and WC.

Outside :-
Sea Breeze is just behind the Old Mill Gift shop so is within a minutes walking distance of Coverack beach. The courtyard at the rear of the property has garden furniture and is very private.

Heating, bed linen, towels for personal use  (but not beach towels) and tea towels are included in the price.

1 small, well behaved dog is allowed, but the owners request that it is not permitted upstairs or on the furniture. An extra charge of £35.00 per booking is made for the dog.
There is not a childs cot in the property or highchair or stairgate.

Parking:-
There is  private parking for one car outside the property and further parking in Coverack itself.
