Curlew Bank is located in what must be one of the quietest and best locations in Cornwall. It stands in it’s own grounds and is the perfect place for a wonderful holiday with the beach at Flushing (Gillan Creek) at the end of the garden.

Ground floor:
Hallway, Sitting Room, Kitchen/Dining room, Bedroom 3 with one 4ft 6in double bed, ground floor Shower Room with walk-in shower cubicle, hand basin and WC.

First Floor:
Bedroom 1 with a 5ft King size bed, Bedroom 2 with 2 x 3ft single beds. Bathroom with bath, handbasin and WC..

Location.
Curlew Bank is a detached property with its own private footpath leading through pretty gardens to the beach at Flushing Cove (Gillan Creek). It is ideally situated for sailing, walking and watersports and the South West coastal path is at the end of the garden. The veranda surrounding the front of the property has views across Gillan Creek. Boats can be hired at nearby St Anthony where moorings, launching of boats and boat trailer storage can be arranged.

The accommodation is arranged as follows.
Entrance hallway. Lounge with log burning stove, comfortable furniture, TV, DVD player and pay phone. Fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, portable Tape/Radio/CD player, dining table and chairs. Ground floor bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed. Shower room with walk-in shower, hand basin and WC.

First floor.
There are two further bedrooms, one with two 3ft beds and the other with a 5ft King size bed and a bathroom with bath, handbasin and WC.
Electricity, bed linen and tea towels are included in the cost.

Towels for personal use are supplied but not beach towels.
There is a travel cot and a high chair on request in Curlew Bank. Linen is not provided for the Travel Cot.
The property has night storage heating.

Outside:-
There is a large veranda that runs the whole length of the property with amazing views of Gillan Creek, also there is a patio area with BBQ and garden furniture and a pretty garden with lawn and shrubs. At the end of the veranda is an outside electric shower in a cubicle which is ideal when you come in from the beach at the end of the garden.

Fire Logs:-
Logs for the log burner are stored under the decking and can be purchased at £5.00 per basket. Please help yourself and leave the money in the cash box in the hallway.

Parking for 3 cars & a boat trailer.
No Pets.
No smoking or Vaping.
There is not a telephone landline.
Free highspeed Broadband.
Changeover day: Friday.
