ACCOMMODATION : Ground floor bedroom with one 4ft 6in double bed, 2 upstairs bedrooms, one with 2 x 3ft single beds and the other with a 5ft King size bed, ground floor shower room with walk-in shower cubicle, hand basin and W.C. Hallway, lounge and kitchen/diner. Outside electric shower.
Curlew Bank has free Wi Fi Broadband internet connection through a wireless router.

Curlew Bank is a detached house with its own private footpath through pretty gardens to the beach at Flushing Cove. It is ideally situated for sailing, walking and watersports and the South West coastal path is a stone's throw away. The veranda surrounding the front of the property has views across Gillan Creek. Boats can be hired at nearby St Anthony where moorings, launching of boats and boat trailer storage can be arranged.

The accommodation is arranged as follows:- Entrance hallway. Fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, portable Tape/Radio/CD player, dining table and chairs. Lounge with log burning stove, comfortable furniture, TV, DVD player and pay phone. Ground floor bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed. Shower room with walk-in shower, hand basin and W.C. Upstairs there are two further bedrooms, one with two 3ft beds and the other with a 5ft King size bed.

Electricity, bed linen and tea towels are included in the cost. Towels for personal use are not supplied. There is a travel cot but no high chair in Curlew Bank. Linen is not provided for the Travel Cot. The property has night storage heating and a pay phone.

Outside, there is a patio area with BBQ and a pretty garden with lawn and shrubs. There is also a handy outside electric shower in a cubicle on the veranda. Garden furniture is supplied and logs for the stove can be purchased at £2.50 per basket. There is a driveway with parking for four cars.
