A splendid self catering holiday property in a wonderful location with outstanding views across Coverack beach, the harbour, and out to sea. Boak Edge 2 has absolutely stunning views from all the main rooms in the property.
Boak Edge 2 has free high speed Broadband, but there is not a landline telephone.
ACCOMMODATION (on three levels):
Ground floor with hallway, kitchen/dining/living room with small balcony, Lower ground floor with hallway, bathroom with bath, shower cubicle, hand basin and w.c. and double bedroom with 5ft king size bed. Upper floor with triple bedroom with three 3ft beds, shower room with shower, hand basin and WC.
From the car parking area, steps take you up to the front door which leads into the hallway and the living area. This has comfy sofas and a digital (free view) colour TV with DVD player. The kitchen is beautifully fitted and equipped with electric oven, hob and grill, microwave oven, fridge with freezer compartment and there is a small chest freezer in the outside shed. The dining area has a table and eight chairs and there are patio doors which lead from the living area onto a small balcony.
Downstairs.
there is a hallway with an automatic washing machine and clothes airer. The family bathroom has a bath, shower cubicle, hand basin and w.c. There is a double bedroom with 5ft king size bed and built in wardrobe.
Upstairs.
there is a chidrens’ bedroom with three 3ft beds. Two of the single beds can be pushed together to make a 6ft bed, but the third bed is positioned under the sloping ceiling with restricted head room, so is more suitable for a child. The bathroom has a shower with hand basin and WC.
Boak Edge No 2 has tiled floors throughout, whole house ventilation and under floor heating.
A cot and high chair can be supplied on request. Bed linen, tea towels, electricity and heating are included in the cost.
Towels for personal use and travel cot linen are not supplied. The King size bed linen is in the continental style with two single duvets on the bed.
There is parking for one to two cars maximum. There is further free parking in Coverack itself.
No pets.
No Smoking or Vaping.
Changeover Day : Saturday.
