Large property 4 x bedrooms, (sleeps 7), 1 x bathroom, 1 x shower room.

Ground floor:
Large kitchen, the kitchen is equipped with all the basic amenities, electric cooker and hob, microwave oven, fridge etc. Large kitchen table to sit around. The sitting room is again large with comfy arm chairs and sofas sitting around log burning stove with colour tv. Fantastic views overlooking the sea. Smaller reading room adjacent to sitting room again with stunning sea views. Leading from the sitting room, downstairs toilet and shower room and second entrance to outside.

Upstairs:
Up a small staircase to via a corridor to the bedrooms and bathroom. All bedrooms have old original panelling all with stunning views. 3 x bedrooms with double beds (standard size), 1 x bedroom with single beds. Upstairs bathroom and toilet basic but again with sea views.

Electricity and heating on an electric meter and charged as an extra.

Bed linen, and tea towels included.  Towels for personal use are not supplied.Parking for two cars one behind the other outside in the sloping alley way. There is further free parking in Coverack itself.
