" Rose Cottage is a beautiful detached property in its own grounds in a lovely location on the outskirts of Manaccan. It is very close to the sea, St Anthony and Gillan Cove"

ACCOMMODATION: Hallway. Downstairs cloakroom with hand basin and W.C. Sitting room with log burner. Kitchen/dining area. Rear lobby/utility area. Two double bedrooms, each with 5ft King size beds. One twin bedroom with 2 x 2ft 6in single beds. Family bathroom with bath and hand held shower over, hand basin, W.C. and shower cubicle with electric shower.

Situated in a quiet lane on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Manaccan, Rose Cottage is a beautifully restored thatched period property, possibly the oldest in Manaccan and dating back to around 1570. Full of old beams, quaint nooks and crannies, window seats and other character features, the cottage has been updated to a high standard and stands in a pretty garden with extensive rural views and on a clear day the sea can be seen in the distance.

Manaccan village has a Post Office and Stores and a quaint old thatched pub and is within a few minutes walk of the cottage. Helford with its thatched pub on the beautiful Helford River is approximately 2 miles away and boats can be hired and launched in nearby St Anthony.

The accommodation is as follows:- A path from the driveway leads through the garden to the back door. Rear entrance lobby and utility area with automatic washing machine, tumble dryer and boiler. Door to the kitchen/dining area with butler sink, fridge with small freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, electric cooker and gas hob. Dining area with table and chairs, dressers and French door to the side garden and patio area with garden furniture. Inner hallway with stable door to the side of the cottage. Cloakroom with hand basin and W.C. Steps down to sitting room with comfortable furniture, log burner (logs supplied), colour TV and DVD player. There is a stable door into a thatched porch leading out into the front garden.

Stairs up to first landing with two double bedrooms, each having a 5ft King size bed. A few more stairs take you to the second landing where there is a twin bedroom with two 2ft 6in single beds and a family bathroom with free standing bath with hand held shower, hand basin and W.C. plus a shower cubicle with electric shower.

Outside the delightful secluded garden is on three sides of the property and is laid to lawn, with mature shrubs and trees and a patio area with garden furniture. There are extensive rural views and on a clear day the sea can be seen in the distance.

Central heating, electricity, logs for the log burner, tea towels and bed linen are included in the cost. A BBQ, cot and high chair are provided. There is parking for two cars. No pets and No smoking and towels for personal use are not supplied.
