Machan Lodge is in one of the best locations in South Cornwall, Gillan Creek & Falmouth Bay are just down the lane. Highly Recommended.
ACCOMMODATION: Conservatory, Hallway, Shower Room, W.C., Double bedroom
with 4'6" bed, Twin bedroom with two 3'0" beds, Dressing room
with wardrobe and cot, Fitted kitchen, Sitting room.
Machan Lodge is situated a short walk from both Flushing and Gillan Coves.
The area is perfect for walking, sailing, water ski-ing and fishing, and
boats can be hired from St Anthony, which is just across Gillan creek.
The property, which is well maintained, is in a quiet location and has
rural views and a pretty, enclosed garden. The village of Manaccan with
its thatched pub, bistro, well stocked shop and post office is a few minutes
drive away.
The accommodation is arranged as follows:-
Conservatory, with comfy cane furniture, pine dining table and chairs and views over the garden and fields. Hallway. Double bedroom with 4'6" bed. Shower room with large corner shower cubicle and hand basin. Separate W.C. Well equipped, fully fitted kitchen with electric cooker, fridge, separate freezer, automatic washer/dryer, microwave oven and rural views. Sitting room with comfy furniture, colour TV with Freeview plus video and DVD/CD player, log burner and French doors to a gravel patio area with garden furniture and rural views. Dressing room with pine wardrobe and cot. Twin bedroom with two 3'0" single beds.
Outside there is a pretty, enclosed garden laid to lawn with shrubs and trees and country side views.
There is one storage heater plus electric heaters and a log burner, for which logs can be purchased locally at Newtown Garage. A BBQ is not available.
There is parking for 2/3 cars on a gravelled area at the front of the property.
Electricity, heating and bed linen is included in the cost. A cot is available but there is no high chair. Tea towels are supplied, but guests should bring towels for personal use.
No Pets and No Smoking.
