ACCOMMODATION : Kitchen, Sitting/dining room with log burning stove,
Conservatory, Bathroom with bath and shower, Main bedroom with 5ft bed,
Second bedroom with 1 single 4ft bed, third bedroom with 3ft bunk beds.
Situated in an elevated position adjacent to the coastal path and above
the beach at Porthallow, Chy an Ky Bras is a quaint 400 year old Cornish
Fisherman’s Cottage with exposed beams and an inglenook fireplace
with log burner. Sleeping 5 in three bedrooms, the accommodation is arranged
as follows:- Front door into pine fitted kitchen with electric cooker,
fridge with freezer compartment, microwave oven & automatic washing
machine. Stable door into sitting/dining room with bathroom & conservatory
off. There is a colour TV with digital freeview receiver and DVD player
in the sitting room and a small portable radio with tape player in the
kitchen. Sliding doors lead onto a paved, terraced patio area to the side
of the property with garden furniture and small portable BBQ. The bathroom
has a bath with shower over, hand basin, w.c. & heated towel rail.
The stairs lead up from the sitting room to a single bedroom with 4ft
bed, a double bedroom with 5ft bed & a bunk bedded room with two 3ft
bunk beds plus a fold-up bed.
Cars may be parked on the beach and there are steps up the coastal path to the cottage. Electricity, night storage heating and linen, including tea towels, are included in the price. Guests should bring their own towels for personal use. There is a rotary clothes line in the garden. One dog is allowed, but there is No Smoking in the cottage.
