ACCOMMODATION: Kitchen, Large Sitting/Dining Room, Double bedroom with 5'0" bed, Twin bedroom with two 3'0" single beds, Single bedroom with 2'6" bed. Bathroom, separate W.C.

Facing south towards Chynalls Point, Trelant is a detached property set above the harbour in Coverack, with far reaching sea views and a long seaward facing terrace.

The accommodation is arranged as follows:-

Five steps from the large private parking area take you down to the entrance porch, which leads into a large, comfortably furnished split level sitting/ dining room with stunning sea views. From the entrance hall, which has a coat cupboard, three steps lead down to the living area with flat screen TV, DVD player, music centre and open fireplace. French doors take you out onto the long south facing terrace overlooking Perprean Cove. On the upper level is the dining area and adjoining kitchen.

The kitchen is well equipped with a double oven electric cooker, (with ceramic hob), large fridge-freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher and automatic washing machine. There is a plentiful supply of china, glass, cutlery and cooking equipment etc. Side entrance door to rear porch and utility cupboard with tumble dryer, ironing board etc.

Inner hallway with airing cupboard, bathroom, having bath with power shower over. Separate W.C with hand basin. The double bedroom, which has lovely sea views, has a 5'0" bed, fitted wardrobe, two chests of drawers and a hand basin and stunning views out to sea. The second bedroom (with sea view) has two 3'0" single beds, a fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and hand basin. The third bedroom has a 2'6" single bed (+ further bed stored beneath), fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and hand basin.

There is a telephone with an honesty box. Fuel for the open fire can be purchased locally.

Outside:- The large private south facing terrace which runs the entire length of the property has outdoor seating and a table for al fresco dining. There is an outside cupboard to store beach equipment and a further area below has a washing line.

Room heating is supplied by electric convector wall panel heaters. Electricity is included in the cost. Bed linen and tea towels are supplied but guests must bring towels for personal use.

There is private off road parking for three cars at the front of the property.

No pets and No Smoking.
