Uniquely positioned on the privately owned Coverack Headland yet only 5 mins walk down to the harbour/village centre.
Step outside Tregarrek onto the picturesque coastal path leading down to the quiet and as yet undiscovered sandy cove of Mears beach excellent for snorkeling/swimming (and accessible only from the private headland)
Peaceful and scenic location with uninterrupted front and rear panoramic sea views
Over 100ft rear garden with sea views, enclosed by fuchsia hedging - frequently visited by wild rabbits and their babies and various species of birds including woodpeckers and pheasants

Tregarrek has free Wifi and telephone with honesty box.

Extremely spacious and very well equipped, with extensive parking - set in 2/3rds of an acre, making it a very popular choice with returning large families holidaying together.

 ACCOMODATION:

1 seaview double, 1 seaview king ensuite, 1 twin, 1 seaview twin bunk. With quality bedding and furnishings, for your comfort.  Plus family bathroom and a further shower room.

Ground floor spacious dining/sitting room with log burner perfectly situated next to the very well equipped kitchen with range cooker and American fridge freezer- making it a very sociable open space for relaxed gatherings  

First floor 30ft further sitting room, with windows to the front and rear, wonderful sea views.

Fully equipped laundry room with access to the raised rear deck with ample seating/dining and BBQ great for alfresco dining.

The unspoilt and extremely pretty fishing village of Coverack has a pub, a café and 2 bistros  (also offering excellent takeaway meals) and an hotel offering good food, plus two gift shops, a very well stocked  general store and a windsurfing school.

The accommodation is arranged as follows:-

Ground Floor: Entrance porch. Kitchen with large American-style fridge-freezer, range with multi gas burners and double electric oven, dishwasher, convection microwave oven and grill, fitted units and sea view. Doorway to sitting/dining room with table and chairs, comfy furniture, log burner, flat screen TV with Freeview and a DVD player. Patio doors to decked area and garden. Sea views.

Inner hallway to bedroom with two 3ft single beds (can be linked to make 6ft superking), large family bathroom with bath with electric shower over, hand basin, WC. & heated towel rail. Double bedroom with 4'6" double bed, and sea views. Bunk bedroom with two 3ft bunk beds and sea views. Double bedroom with 5'0" King size bed, dressing area and en suite shower room with shower cubicle with electric shower, hand basin, WC and sea views.

Rear hallway to shower room with shower cubicle, hand basin and WC. This is an ideal area for washing off the sand when returning from the beach, as it has a door to the decked area and garden. Laundry room with sink, automatic washing machine & tumble dryer, iron/ironing board, garden games.

Upper Floor: Stairs from the ground floor sitting room lead to an amazing 30ft sitting room with comfortable furniture, TV with Freeview and DVD player, electric living flame fire and windows to the front and rear. This room has stunning sea views and is equipped with games, DVD's and CD's.

Outside the gardens extend to around 2/3rds of an acre with lawns and shrubs. There is an extensive decked area with garden furniture and a BBQ, plus outstanding sea views.

Oil fired central heating, electricity, one basket of logs, bed linen and tea towels are included in the cost. Guests should bring towels for personal use. A travel cot and high chair are supplied.

There is ample parking for 4-6 cars. No pets, no smoking.
