Sitting room, Dining room, Toilet off the hallway, Upstairs:- Bedroom
1 with double bed, Bedroom 2 with two 3'0" single beds, Bedroom 3
with 3'0" bunk beds, Family Bathroom with bath, shower cubicle, hand
basin and w.c.
Parbrook is located in a prime position high above Coverack Bay with spectacular
sea views. It is just three minutes walk from the harbour and has the
following accommodation. A conservatory, a large hallway, a ground floor
double bedded room, a shower room with power shower, hand basin and toilet
and a fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker, microwave oven, fridge-freezer,
dishwasher and automatic washing machine. The comfortable sitting room
has a colour TV, video and open fire and the dining room has a sofa bed,
colour TV and games cupboard. There is an additional toilet off the hallway.
Upstairs, there is a double bedded room which leads into a smaller room
with two full size single beds and a cot. The third bedroom has 3' bunk
beds. There is a large bathroom with bath, power shower, hand basin and
toilet.
Parbrook has a terraced garden with spectacular views. There is a patio
with garden furniture, two ponds and a charcoal barbecue. There is parking
for 4 cars in the driveway. Central heating, electricity, bed linen &
tea towels are included in the price. A cot and high chair are available.
Guests should bring their own cot linen and towels for personal use. No
Pets. No smoking. Available all year, including Christmas and New Year.
