Step outside Ocean View onto the picturesque coastal path leading down to the quiet and as yet undiscovered sandy cove of Mears beach, excellent for snorkeling/swimming (and accessible only from the private headland)

ACCOMMODATION (Reverse level): Ground floor: hallway, two double bedrooms, one with 5ft King size bed and the other with two 3ft single beds, bathroom with bath & shower over, hand basin and W.C. Upper floor: Large Living room with kitchen/dining/sitting area.

Ocean View is approached down a private driveway and is situated on the edge of the South West coastal path with outstanding views out to sea. The quaint harbourside village of Coverack is only a 5 minute walk along the coastal path.

The property stands on the privately owned Coverack Headland and has access to Mears beach through extensive private gardens, with use of a private tennis court.

The accommodation is arranged as follows:- Gate to side garden. Front door into L shaped hallway with bedrooms and bathroom off. The main bedroom has a 5ft King size bed and patio doors onto the rear terrace and secluded garden. The second bedroom has two 3ft single beds and sea views to the front and side. There is a bathroom with bath & shower over, hand basin and W.C.

Upstairs to large living room with fully equipped kitchen area with cooker, fridge, freezer,dishwasher, automatic washing machine, microwave, dining table and chairs. The sitting area is arranged with comfy furniture, a 32 inch Flat screen TV with Sky and DVD player and a digital radio/CD player.
Outstanding sea views from all three windows in this attractive room.

The cottage is very warm and cosy and has night storage heating. Heating, electricity, bed linen and tea towels are included in the cost. A travel cot is supplied.
There is a telephone with an honesty box.

Outside there is a side gate with pretty garden, another gate to the back garden which is small and secluded with flowering shrubs and a patio area with garden furniture.

There is parking for two cars.

No pets, no smoking
