Located in a lovely position
right by the harbour & beach in Coverack
ACCOMMODATION: Open plan sitting room/kitchen with breakfast bar.
Ground floor bathroom & separate W.C. Stairs to upper floor. One double
bedroom with 4'6" bed, one twin bedded room with 2 x 3ft beds.
Cove Cottage is situated in the heart of the pretty fishing village of
Coverack and is close to the harbour and only a short walk from the beach.
The accommodation is arranged as follows:- Open plan sitting room/kitchen
with breakfast bar. The kitchen has a fridge, electric cooker and microwave
and there is a utility area with a sink and an automatic washing machine.
The sitting room has a colour TV plus video and DVD and there is a CD
player and radio. The ground floor bathroom has a bath with electric shower
over and hand basin and there is a rear lobby with separate W.C. Steep
stairs up to the first floor with two double bedrooms, one with a 4ft
6in double bed and the other with two 3ft single beds.
At the rear of the property there is a small courtyard with bistro style garden furniture. Steep steps up to the rotary clothes line. Outbuilding housing the tumble dryer and freezer.
Please note the stairs in the cottage are extremely steep and there is
a 4ft drop onto concrete in the rear garden area. Night storage heating,
electricity, bed linen and tea towels are included in the price. No pets
and no smoking. A cot & highchair are NOT available in this property.
There is ample parking in Coverack.
