ACCOMMODATION: Dining room with Kitchen off. Sitting room. Stairs to landing. Bathroom, Master Bedroom with 4' 6" bed, Second Bedroom with two 3ft single beds.
Myrtle Cottage is a four hundred year old semi-detached traditional thatched Cornish cottage overlooking open countryside. It is situated on the road to St Anthony, between the picturesque villages of Manaccan and Helford, both being a short walk away over footpaths. Boats can be hired or launched at St Anthony where moorings can also be arranged.
The accommodation is arranged as follows:- Entrance hallway, Dining room with table and chairs and games cupboard. Kitchen area with cupboards, electric cooker, fridge and microwave oven. Sitting room with comfortable furniture, colour TV, video and music centre for tapes, CD's & radio, electric coal effect fire. Upstairs there is a large landing, a double bedroom with 4'6" bed and a twin room with two 3ft single beds. The large bathroom has a bath with electric shower over, hand basin, W.C. and airing cupboard.
Outside there is a pretty garden with patio area, lawn, shrubs and garden furtniture, plus a BBQ. There is parking for three cars plus a boat and trailer. An automatic washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer space is available in the owner's garage.
Electricity, bed linen and oil fired central heating are included in the cost, as are towels for personal use (not beach towels) and tea towels. A cot, high chair and stairgate are available. No Pets and No Smoking.
