ACCOMMODATION: Conservatory, cloakroom/utility room, entrance hallway, four double bedrooms, two with en suite shower rooms, family Bathroom. Superb open plan Sitting/Dining room and modern Kitchen, all with wonderful views across Falmouth Bay. Chy Mor has free Broadband internet connection through a wireless router.
Chy Mor is situated at the bottom of a private unmade lane, just above the sand and shingle beach at Gillan Cove. The village of Manaccan is approximately 2 miles away and boats can be hired at nearby St Anthony where moorings, launching of boats and boat trailer storage can be arranged.
The property is light, airy and spacious and has tiled floors throughout.The accommodation is arranged as follows:-Steps up to the conservatory with a utility room housing a butler sink, W.C., automatic washing machine and tumbler dryer. A door from the conservatory leads into the hallway with staircase to the upper floor. There are two ground floor bedrooms, one with two 3ft single beds and a built in wardrobe and the other with a 5 ft King size bed, fitted wardrobe, French doors to patio area and en suite shower room with walk in shower, two hand basins, W.C., bidet and heated towel rail.
On the upper floor is a landing area, a bedroom with 5ft King size bed, fitted wardrobe and en suite shower room with shower cubicle, hand basin, W.C. and heated towel rail and another bedroom with two 3ft bunk beds and a 3ft single bed plus built-in wardrobe. There is a family bathroom with a bath with shower over, hand basin, W.C. and airing cupboard.The large open plan living area has comfortable sofas, a colour TV with freeview, a music system with radio and CD player and a log burner. The dining area has a table and chairs and sideboard and an archway through to a modern fitted kitchen with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob. A door from the sitting room leads onto a decked area with table and chairs and open tread steps down to the lower patio area.
All rooms, apart from the bunk-bedded room, which looks out over the garden, have stunning views over Gillan Creek and across Falmouth Bay. There are also windows overlooking the rear garden, which is terraced and mainly laid to lawn.
Outside there is parking for two cars, a paved patio and an upper decked area with garden furniture, all with amazing views over Gillan Creek and Falmouth Bay. The rear garden is steeply terraced and mainly laid to lawn.
Electricity, underfloor heating, bed linen and tea towels are included in the price but guests should bring towels for personal use. A travel cot and high chair are supplied and there is a BBQ. Logs for the log burner can be purchased locally.
No pets, No smoking.
Please note that although Chy Mor can sleep 9, it is only let for 8 people plus a baby in a travel cot.
Change-over day Saturday.
