ACCOMMODATION: Lower Ground floor with hallway, two double bedrooms,
one with 4ft 6in bed and en suite W.C. and hand basin, one with two 2ft
6in single beds and en suite bathroom with bath, hand basin and w.c. Narrow
staircase (stairgate supplied) to galleried landing and double bedroom
with 4ft 6in double bed and French doors to balcony, shower room with
large shower cubicle, hand basin and W.C. Step down into large living/dining/kitchen
with large windows and patio doors onto balcony and outstanding views.
Boak Villa has free Broadband internet connection through
a wireless router.
Boak Villa is an unusual property, which was refurbished in 2009. It has retained its rustic charm and has outstanding panoramic sea views from all the rooms. Situated just above the quaint fishing village of Coverack with its gift shops, cafes, pub, hotel, and windsurfing school, Boak Villa is only a couple of minutes walk from the harbour and the beach.
The accommodation is arranged as follows:- Entrance door into large open plan living room with multi-fuel stove, comfy chairs, sofa and TV with Freeview & dvd player. Steps up to kitchen/dining area with table and chairs, fitted kitchen units, cooker, dishwasher, fridge, separate freezer, microwave oven, portable music centre with CD and radio. Large picture windows and patio door onto decked patio area with patio furniture.
A step up from the sitting room takes you onto a galleried landing with fitted cupboards, in which is housed an automatic washing machine. Shower room with large shower cubicle, hand basin and W.C. Captain's bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed, patio doors onto decked patio area.
A narrow staircase (stairgate supplied) takes you down to a small hallway with a door to the outside. Focsle bedroom with 4ft 6in bed and en suite W.C. and hand basin. This bedroom has four port hole windows. The Engine room bedroom has two 2ft 6in single beds and an en suite bathroom with bath with hand held shower, hand basin and W.C. The tumble dryer is located in a cupboard in this bedroom.
Boak Villa is heated by a multi-fuel stove in the living room and there are electric heaters in the bedrooms. It is a very sunny, warm property and is fully double glazed.
There is wireless internet connection at the property and a telephone with honesty box.
Electricity, bed linen, towels and tea towels are included in the cost. Guests should bring their own travel cot and linen. Fuel for the multi fuel stove can be purchased locally.
One small, well behaved, dog is allowed at Boak Villa.
There is parking outside the property for one car (on the grass verge opposite) and free parking in the car park at the end of the harbour.
